The sandblasting process to create the desired effect on the surface with the pressured sandblasting pot, 3-4 cubic meter of abrasive and air mixture per minute at 6-8 bar sprayed with pressure on the surface. The sand put into the sandblasting pot flows to the valve at the bottom. Blasting abrasive and compressed air which entered separately to this valve goes to the hose as "mixed". This mixture is advancing rapidly in the blasting hose, come to the nozzle (inner diameter of approximately 6-8 mm), compressed and sprayed out of the nozzle very strongly. We recommend not to run pressured blasting system without taking the necessary precautions to protect human and environmental health. |
