SK 1700 C Automatic Turntable Injection Sandblasting Machine is designed to meet the surface treatment needs of companies operating in the Defense Industry and Aviation sectors, especially for parts with a paint layer thickness of up to 1400 mm and a weight of up to 500 kg.
Large volume and weight parts of customers in different sectors can be sandblasted successfully with this model.
Saykar Metalurji produces its own design and production patented systems of Compressed Air-powered Sandblasting Machines with CE certification.

This sandblasting machine has a Cyclone design and an Atex certified Filtration Unit.
Automatic Turntable functions have been improved.
Machine body and stand units have been analyzed for 1000 kg and deflection rates are within limits.
Due to its design, consumables with a specific gravity of up to 4 gr/cm3 can be sprayed.
The 0-850 micron size range of consumables such as Glass Sphere, Aluminum Oxide, Silicon Carbide, Garnet can be used in the machine.
Steel shot/grit derivative materials with a specific gravity of 7 g/cm3 and above cannot be sprayed.
If necessary, the machine project should be revised as a pressure model.
Automatic Turntable Injection Sandblasting Machine is suitable for loading parts with an overhead crane. The rotary table system has the possibility of automatic entry/exit into the sandblasting machine and moves automatically around its own axis within the machine or manually with foot pedals.
Cabin dimensions are 1700x1700x1000(h) mm and it is manufactured to fit parts weighing 500 kg.
The machine is combined with the Sandblasting Cabinet and turntable unit and is supported by SKF 100 – Atex Sandblasting Filter. Sandblasting Filter is independent from the machine and connected to the hoses.
When looking at the machine from the front, the parts can be loaded from the right with a single door and an overhead crane.
The completed parts are loaded into the machine via the touch screen.
This injection sandblating machine uses a large windshield of approximately 1400x500 mm for the operator. Ergonomic use is provided on the injection sandblasting machine with 2 different access points and 4 glove holes for the operator.

The entry/exit functions of the 1450 mm diameter Rotary Table on the sandblasting machine are carried out automatically.
In addition, parts weighing up to 500 kg on the Rotary Table can be rotated in the desired direction at a constant rpm by the operator on the touch screen, or they can be put into semi-automatic mode and manually rotated in the desired direction by controlling them with fixed foot pedals.
