SKF series Jet-Pulse modular cartridge dust and smoke extraction devices are the suitable choice between air capacities of 2,500 m³/h – 100,000 m³/h. These units show high performance in CNC Plasma / Laser Cutting devices, Welding fume extraction, Static paint booths, Sandblasting rooms, Filtering of dust released during grinding application and many other applications. SKFC Industrial Air Filter Systems, Jet-Pulse Compact Cartridge Filter Units can be used in central systems or right next to the unit to be vacuumed. It is a compact, plug-and-play device that includes a Radial Fan, Fan Control Panel, Jet-Pulse cleaning system, dust discharge bucket and cartridge filters.
The most suitable filter material is used according to the application and dust type. Filter selection is made according to factors such as whether the dust has static charging properties, dust density, and humidity rate.
Specially designed Differential Pressure adjustable Jet-Pulse control units are used and the biggest advantage of these units is that cleaning is done only when needed and indirectly consumes electricity only when needed. In timed pulse control units, the jet-pulse system operates at certain intervals, whether necessary or not, and compressed air is consumed. In control units with differential pressure adjustment, cleaning is done automatically only when the filters reach a certain differential pressure (when the filters reach a certain fullness).

| The sandblasting dust filter that we are manufacturing is designed according to the amount of dust in the area and in the most appropriate way. Our sandblasting filters works without problem even in the most dusty areas by means of the fans that we have developed. Teflon filters that we use as air filter, are long lasting than other fabric filters. The most important factor in determining the performance of the filter is cleaning the pores of the filter automatically at proper intervals. For this reason, We use filters known as jet pulse filters on the market, that has timed automatic cleaning system. We produce sandblasting dust filters from large volume blasting room such as ship hangars to small sandblasting cabinets appropriate to all needs. All of our products are designed as 3D and laser cut. Steel sheets that are used in our filter cabinets are painted with electrostatic paint against bumps and scratches.
