SANDBLASTING NOZZLE MODELS Xsc nozzle liners are self-sintered with nano-level ultra-fine silicon carbide recipe. With 10% higher hardness and toughness, XSC-made nozzles offer at least 20% higher lifetime at similar cost to existing silicon carbide standarts. These group of sandblasting nozzles are specially designed with special formulated material and interior design: Long Venturi Sandblasting Nozzles, Medium Venturi Sandblasting Nozzles, Long Double Venturi Sandblasting Nozzles, Angle Sandblasting Nozzles, Dik Sandblasting Nozzles.   XSB nozzles have liners self-sintered with ultra-fine boron carbide recipe. With close hardness and mechanical wearability to conventional hot-pressed B4C in abrasive blasting, its innovative manufacturing process allows production of even the most complex shapes at a drastically reduced cost. Our Tungsten Carbide nozzles with liners sintered with cobalt as the binder offer the greatest resistance to impact or flexing.
